Cancellation Policy
At iVibeTech, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines our cancellation terms for different types of services.
Project Cancellation
Before Project Commencement
- Full refund if cancelled before any work begins
- Cancellation must be requested in writing via email
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days
During Discovery Phase (First 2 Weeks)
- 70% refund of total project cost
- Client receives all discovery documents and findings
- 30% covers initial consultation and analysis work
During Development Phase
- Refund calculated based on work completed
- Client pays for milestones completed plus 20% of remaining work
- All completed work and source code delivered to client
- Minimum 2 weeks notice required
After Final Delivery
- No refunds after final delivery and client acceptance
- Warranty period issues addressed at no additional cost
- Additional features require new project agreement

How to Request a Refund

- Include project details and reason for cancellation
- Our team will review within 2 business days
- Refund calculation will be shared for approval
- Upon agreement, refund processed within 7-10 business days
Refund Method
- Refunds processed to original payment method
- Bank transfers for large amounts
- Processing time varies by payment method (3-10 business days)
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Third-party service fees (hosting, domain, licenses)
- Custom purchased software licenses
- Completed and delivered work
- Rush delivery fees
- Transaction and processing fees
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- No refund for current billing period
- Access continues until end of paid period
Annual Subscriptions
- Pro-rated refund if cancelled within first 3 months
- No refund after 3 months of service
- 30% early termination fee applies
Support and Maintenance Plans
- Cancel with 30 days written notice
- Refund for unused months (minimum 3 months commitment)
- No refund for emergency support calls already used
Mutual Cancellation
Either party may terminate the agreement if:
- The other party breaches material terms
- Payment is delayed beyond 30 days
- Scope changes make project unfeasible
- Mutual written agreement is reached
iVibeTech Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a project if:
- Client fails to provide necessary information/access
- Project requirements violate our policies or laws
- Payment terms are not met
- Client behavior is abusive or unprofessional
In such cases, full refund for undelivered work will be provided within 10 business days.
Disputed Refunds
If you disagree with a refund calculation:
- Request detailed breakdown of work completed
- Schedule meeting with project manager to review
- Third-party mediation if agreement not reached
- Final decision made within 15 business days
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), both parties will work together to determine fair resolution including potential refunds or project extensions.
