Delivery Methods

Software & Code Delivery

  • GitHub/GitLab: Source code delivered via private repositories
  • Cloud Storage: Large files via Google Drive, Dropbox, or AWS S3
  • Email: Documentation and smaller deliverables
  • FTP/SFTP: Direct server uploads when required

Access Credentials

  • Admin credentials sent via encrypted email
  • Two-factor authentication setup guidance provided
  • Delivered within 24 hours of project completion

Documentation

  • Technical documentation in PDF format
  • User manuals and guides
  • API documentation (if applicable)
  • Training materials and videos

Delivery Timeline

Project Milestones

  • Discovery Phase: 1-2 weeks - Initial research and documentation
  • Design Phase: 2-3 weeks - UI/UX designs and architecture
  • Development Phase: 4-8 weeks - Core development and features
  • Testing Phase: 1-2 weeks - QA testing and bug fixes

Rush Delivery

Expedited delivery available with additional fees:

Deployment Options

Self-Hosted Deployment

  • Client responsible for hosting and maintenance
  • Remote deployment assistance available (additional fee)

Managed Deployment

  • We handle complete deployment on client's servers
  • SSL certificates and security configuration included
  • Delivery within 3-5 business days after final approval

Cloud Deployment

  • Deployment to AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Auto-scaling and load balancing setup
  • Monitoring and alerts configuration
  • Completed within 5-7 business days

Physical Hardware (If Applicable)

For projects requiring physical hardware delivery (IoT devices, servers, etc.):

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹50,000
  • Tracking number provided within 24 hours of dispatch

International Shipping

  • 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
  • Customs and import duties: Customer responsibility
  • Additional shipping costs apply
  • Insurance included for shipments above $1,000

Delivery Confirmation

Digital Deliverables

  • Email notification when deliverables are ready
  • Access credentials sent separately for security
  • Client has 5 business days to review and confirm
  • Formal acceptance required before final payment

Physical Deliverables

  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Unboxing video recommended for high-value items
  • Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt

Delays and Issues

Common Delay Causes

  • Pending client feedback or approvals
  • Scope changes or additional requirements
  • Third-party API or service dependencies
  • Unforeseen technical challenges

Notification Policy

We will notify you immediately if:

  • Delivery will be delayed by more than 3 business days
  • Additional information or access is required
  • Technical issues are discovered during deployment

Post-Delivery Support

Warranty Period

  • 30-90 days warranty on all deliverables
  • Bug fixes and technical issues resolved at no cost
  • 24/7 emergency support during first week

Training and Onboarding

  • Live training sessions (2-4 hours)
  • Recorded video tutorials
  • Ongoing email support for 30 days

Redelivery Policy

If deliverables don't meet agreed specifications:

  • Report issues within 5 business days
  • We will rectify at no additional cost
  • Revised delivery within 3-5 business days
  • Maximum 2 revision rounds included

Lost or Corrupted Files

In case of file delivery issues:

  • Redelivery within 24 hours at no cost
  • Multiple backup copies maintained for 12 months
  • Alternative delivery method provided if needed
